Bart kinda grew up overnight (well, two years, but it was in a laboratory-controlled environment in the future) so he gets the whole bit about needing to learn those early lessons in how to people.

He also comes equipped with a tiny black ball of fluff of a kitten who seems to try to charm grumpy people as a hobby.
