The second to fifteenth floors are decked out with tech - the hallways look boobytrapped. Set up to get rid of anyone who decides to try and climb the floors without proper authorization. There are drones, a few androids, the south side walls are filled with wiring and gears, but there's no one visibly present on those floors. Up top, Donnie will be able to see a massive PC setup that's running through the opposum code, but there is no one sitting at it currently.
