Summary: Leo was watching over Donnie as he recovered from his injuries, but now he's been moving out and about again. He messed with a few Arcadia guards and spent some time chilling around Central City. During one of those encounters with guards, Accelerator broke his arm (it was an accident!).

As a result of Donnie's injuries, Leo has recently gotten interested in beginning medic training, and reached out for help with that on the network.
