Yeah, Otto would clear that up pretty quickly; he's very aware of 616 Otto by now, if only by reputation! Learning that Mysterio is a fellow Spider-Man villain might put him off a little, but he doesn't have much room to judge - as long as Mysterio leaves the Spider-Folks here alone.
