So I'm going to wait to see what's going to happen before considering any actions, but if a character isn't super comfortable with the guilds, will they be able to sign up, just live their lives, and only show up for the big all hands on deck activation things? Or are they expected to be called on to superhero a bit more regularly? (Or should I wait and see on that wrt to the upcoming changes?)

Basically, how much can someone sign up but keep to themselves when there isn't a crisis?
