ACTIVITY CHECK-IN

GUIDELINES

This game has no minimum activity requirement for posts and comments. To this end, links to threads are not required. Please read the guidance below for how to check-in and register a continued interest in playing.

NEW PLAYERS
Players accepted in this calendar month need to respond with links to their TAKEN CHARACTERS comment and ensure that all character information is posted and up to date. Double-check that all your character's game information is correct — including community membership and character tags.

CONTINUING PLAYERS
All continuing players must check in. Failure to complete the form below by the last day of the activity check-in period may result in characters being swept from the game. Players can reapply for their swept characters during the next application cycle.

Players have until 5PM EST on January 31th to reply.

FORM

The form below asks players to summarize their character's actions for the month. When completing the form, players should consider aspects of their characters' lives like work, resource gathering, interpersonal relationship development, personality growth, and how the character's reputation with the guilds and the world at large may have changed.

Please also remember to comment on the HOUSING page with any preferences. Characters who have commented to the Guilds page but not the Housing page will be randomly assigned housing at the end of the activity period.

Links are otherwise not required, but players who include activity links to threads in their summaries and/or make clear reference to the resources they're gathering and relationships they're building may find that their characters ICly receive extra support from the guilds when attempting to run plots.

Summary: Bruce started off the new year over in Switzerland with Diana for a vacation because why not. Talking with Dick Sr. about his having gone back to his Gotham in December and now not being worried all the time about what's happened to his Alfred + what he hopes to do as being Batman, he got pissy as Bruce Wayne does when Dick wouldn't give up a weakness of Superman's and decided to ignore all the kiddos, taking off to Excelsior to busy himself with work. Because that's what Bruce does when he's annoyed. Ghosts and drowns himself in work. Currently, he and Jason are about to embark on getting lost in The Shadow Realm for a bit of time, so. It's been a fine way to start off the new year.

Summary: Accelerator started off the month by getting his future told by Chaos Gate, learning that he goes to prison so the Sisters can be safe. Lol, lol, this is fine. He then supported Donnie on a mission to collect some star shards in Nevada, where they faced down some rock creatures. Promptly afterwards he got caught up in The Blue Planet, quickly running into Jason and sticking him (and his crew) until a rescue happens.

Summary: After keeping himself busy well into December finishing up gifts and making deliveries, Donnie hadn't too much planned, going into a new year, mixed feelings on the whole because while he hasn't been here for an entire year, he's all too aware that Leo's been here long enough to count it, and it's weird spending the debut of one without the entire family. Donnie renews his own goals in trying to figure out a way to get his brother back home safely aside from adding some new endeavors to the list thanks to an ever generous Chaos Gate.

And then there's that whole deal with the falling stars. Thrilled to be sent on a mission assigned by Mechanima himself, Donnie and a suspicious Accelerator find out for themselves what fell from the skies. Needless to say, he's a bit concerned, and with the news of more things undoubtedly reacting from these shards, he's throwing in on retrieving them and trying to do his own research on the side.

Aside from that, she has a mission from the Alliance to achieve, and she's still curious about the D'Amicos...

There's also been some talk with J2, including giving him some advice about dealing with people. Including encouraging him to be more open with Kyle.

Summary: jason started the year pissing off the d'amicos with tim (mostdangerousbird) by accidentally semi-on purpose breaking into one of their meetings and taking off with a truck full of goods they'd been intending on disposing of. he'd then gotten stuck on the blue planet reality tv show with accelerator, timmy jr, dylan, and sleeper. being The Adult of the group, he'd set up camp and kept an eye on the tinies until being swept back off to central city - when he'd then gone after bruce who was ghosting the rest of them as he does. and chased bruce into the shadow realm (after having kyle run him some extra gear) when he'd disappeared into a shadow and hadn't popped back out.
