He's started touching base with Mechanima to kick off this mentorship and on top of working on ways to deal with the whole star shard issue, has a potential spaceship to build. All the upsides are tempered with a down, making Donnie question how close he should allow himself to get to people around here when they can just vanish back home without warning. He's never experienced that kind of a loss before, and it's shaken him up a bit. Thankfully Jason's reminded him to take advantage of the time he has around here with anyone.
Naturally just when he's getting his feet back under him, some sea-brained nutjob comes and starts a war with the landlubbers so Donnie's out there fighting alongside his fellow Starfallen to the best of his abilities, up until the one loss he's always dreaded but never ever expected this way happens. ...he might be ready to throw hands with another god in the near future but he might also be willing to make some unhealthy deals, whatever it takes to get his brother back.
