sweet i can throw up an open starter when i get balthier's log together -- maybe Ripley can come by the store (antiques w/ a gallery next door). I'm sure Balthier's on some directory for villains, and he hasn't done anything to be more than low-ranking

he's also going to be somewhat useless b/c he doesn't REALLY understand the hero/villain thing
