⚔︎ We have updated the ENGAGEMENT POSTS, so please feel free to take a look at them! Players who are interested in crafting a mini event or arc can submit their ideas at PLAYER PLOTS. If you want to follow up on an event, investigate the setting or interact with a NPC, you can hit up SETTING ENGAGEMENT and NPC ENGAGEMENT respectively.

THIS MONTH
⚔︎ JULY ARRIVALS LOSE THEIR FREE RIDE! When characters first arrived, the guilds promised to help them get their footing. Per notices sent to each occupied room, characters have until SEPTEMBER 27TH before their stay at the Diadem Hotel comes to an end. Characters who commit to a guild may take advantage of the associated housing subsidy or may use their own personal income to secure private housing.
Players unsure whether this affects their characters can check on the GUILDS page. As characters are removed from the Diadem Hotel, players should comment to the HOUSING page with updates on where they are staying. The deadline for September arrivals is November 26.
⚔︎ CENTRAL CITY — Visitors to the Guild HQ in Central City may find some odd groups of anti-meta protestors there, but overall, the city's concern is more about the Confluence phenomenon than metas personally. The continued feeling of instability leads to a continued increase in crime; common criminals seem to have grown more bold in the recent chaos, and larger-scale break-ins are becoming more common even during daylight hours. It's hard to say if it's organized, but it's definitely not going away on its own.
⚔︎ LITTLE LOVE - As the climate towards metahumans grows markedly worse around the country, life in Little Love continues much as it always has. As fall approaches, the county fair is just around the corner! There's little in the way of carnival rides, but attendees can enter produce and livestock-based contests, get fair food, and play some games. It's cheap to enter and plenty welcoming of out-of-towners, if you want a break from the city drama.
⚔︎ SUNSET FALLS - Sunset Falls is used to catastrophes. In fact, they already appear to be gearing up for another one. As autumn approaches, people speak of October in warning tones: you might want to get your magical wards and protections in order. Vendors on the streets are hawking crystals and amulets meant to safeguard you against evil - some of them are real, some not. Maybe some metas could contribute their knowledge?
⚔︎ EXCELSIOR - After the recent series of crises, many locals in Excelsior are striking back against what they perceive as the threat to their daily lives posed by metahumans. Protestors are back in the streets again, and this time, tech-based metas are not immune. People and businesses associated with robotics or especially artificial intelligence will likely find angry picketers outside their doors, calling for the destruction of any devices that survived the recent awakening.
